I am a raw food chef, a graduate of Living Light Culinary Art Institute, and I am currently working on a vegan and raw food cookbook to support my passion and to intrigue, provoke and inspire others.
I am also an Usui Reiki Master Teacher as well as a certified Karuna Reiki® practitioner. I feel a deep kinship to shamanic practices and earth-based spirituality. I offer International Distance Reiki Treatments and Intuitive Readings. I channel all of my experience and energy into and use highly tuned advanced Reiki techniques during each of my sessions. Included within my Reiki practice, I also teach Reiki certification classes of all levels with my fiancé, Stephen Bruno.
